Roles and Responsibilities

Each position at Project Home comes with its unique set of responsibilities. Below are some key responsibilities for a few of our current roles:

Client Services Coordinator

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized support plans for clients.
• Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing housing, healthcare, and employment.
