Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing SAP systems and ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP Basis.
• Providing administrative support for SAP system landscapes, including installation, upgrades, and patches.
• Monitoring system health, performance, and security, while implementing necessary optimizations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support application and server performance and reliability.
• Participating in the planning and implementation of SAP projects and upgrades.
• Developing and documenting operational processes and procedures.
• Assisting in SAP system migrations and cloud integration solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in SAP Basis administration, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, landscapes, and technologies.
• Experience with databases such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Familiarity with shell scripting and programming languages, including ABAP or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certifications related to SAP BASIS or cloud technologies would be considered an asset.
