As a Paint Mixer at Home Depot, you will play an essential role in our store’s operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mixing paint according to customers’ specifications and preferences.

• Assisting customers with the selection of paint colors and finishes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized paint mixing area, ensuring that equipment is in proper working condition.
• Keeping inventory of paint supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Collaborating with store associates to enhance the customer experience.
• Understanding safety protocols related to chemical handling and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for the Paint Mixer position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education in art or design is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
