Position Overview

The Client Servicing Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues while advocating for the client’s needs internally. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring outstanding communication and relationship management.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Handle client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, promoting high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective service.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate client data and trends to senior management.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, providing them with the necessary training and resources for success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for client service combined with a strategic mindset. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness to always learn and develop professional skills.
