Key Responsibilities

As a caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring clients maintain a balanced diet.
Administering medications as directed and monitoring clients’ health conditions.
Providing companionship and engaging clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we ask that you meet the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Work Conditions

This position may require working in clients’ homes, which could include various environments and conditions. Caregivers must be prepared to assist clients with mobility challenges and be able to lift or support clients as needed. Reliable transportation is also critical for commuting to various locations.
