What Data Entry Job Do
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our database systems. The success of our company depends heavily on the precise maintenance of our data resources. Your contributions will ensure that we can access crucial information quickly and efficiently, enabling us to serve our clients better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update customer information in our database with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Manage and maintain physical and digital records efficiently.
- Assist in generating reports from our data systems to help drive strategic decisions.
- Respond to data inquiries and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Location and Work Environment:
This position is based at our headquarters in Austin, Texas. We offer a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work remotely two days a week after the initial training period.
