• Maintaining accurate records of work performed, equipment used, and crop yields.
• Collaborating with the farm management team to execute planting and harvesting schedules.
• Adhering to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Assisting with other farm activities as needed, such as irrigation, pest control, and general yard maintenance.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional agricultural training or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a tractor driver or in a similar role within the agricultural sector.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Ability to operate various types of farm equipment safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle long hours in the field and potentially harsh weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
