About the Role

As a Career Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized career guidance, resume assistance, and interview coaching. You will help individuals discover their strengths, identify high-paying job opportunities, and develop effective strategies to secure employment in lucrative fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess client skills and job market conditions.
• Guide clients in how to find a job making more money by identifying in-demand industries and occupations.
• Create tailored resumes and cover letters that effectively showcase client achievements.
• Prepare clients for interviews with mock sessions and feedback on presentation skills.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for career development, and an understanding of the current job market. Additional qualifications include:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in career counseling, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse populations and tailor approaches to individual needs.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and high-demand roles, particularly in technology, healthcare, and skilled trades.
• Experience using various job search platforms and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
