Requirements

To qualify for the Call Job Center position, candidates should possess the following:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in social work, human services, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or job placement environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong sense of empathy and a desire to help others.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology.
