Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employment Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in assisting candidates to find suitable job placements, while building and nurturing relationships with local businesses. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with job seekers to identify their skills, experiences, and employment goals.
• Develop and implement personalized action plans to guide candidates in their job search.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and promote candidate placements.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to prepare candidates for interviews and enhance their job-seeking skills.
• Utilize job boards and other resources to match candidates with suitable employment opportunities.
• Track and report on candidate progress and placements to assist in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, career counseling, or a related area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
