Position Overview

The Estate Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing our client’s estate while managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, with a strong background in maintenance operations, staff management, and client relations. You will be responsible for ensuring the estate is managed effectively and aligned with the client’s expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Manage a team of property staff, including groundskeepers, maintenance personnel, and housekeepers, ensuring efficient workflows and a positive work environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets for the estate, ensuring financial accountability and cost-effective operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and guests, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any issues or inquiries.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, maintaining the estate’s appearance and functionality.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure that services provided meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operations, budgets, and service contracts.
  • Organize and supervise events or special occasions at the estate, working closely with clients to ensure their vision is realized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in property management, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the property management sector.
