Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations. You will play an integral role in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. Your experience and insights will help us shape a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires adjust smoothly.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
• Work with management to identify training needs and coordinate relevant development programs.
• Support employee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies.
• Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution efforts.
• Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking in coordination with financial management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or similar role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
