• Stay up-to-date with international employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in job postings.
• Assist in maintaining job boards and enhancing user engagement on recruitment platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in content writing or recruitment marketing, preferably with a focus on international roles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse cultural backgrounds and various audiences.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards.
• Proficient in using social media platforms for job promotion and talent attraction.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SEO optimization for job advertisements.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
