- Stay up-to-date with international employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in job postings.
- Assist in maintaining job boards and enhancing user engagement on recruitment platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content writing or recruitment marketing, preferably with a focus on international roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to tailor messaging for diverse cultural backgrounds and various audiences.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for job promotion and talent attraction.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SEO optimization for job advertisements.
