Key Responsibilities

• Write clear and engaging job application advertisements across various platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and requirements.
• Research industry standards and trends to ensure our job ads are competitive and appealing.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of job postings.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of job ads, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
• Stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies and platforms to ensure effective outreach.
• Work with the marketing team to align job advertisements with our employer branding strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in writing job advertisements or creative marketing copy.
• Strong understanding of SEO practices and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
