- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other compliance-related documents.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll, including the transition of employee data.
- Work closely with our HR department to ensure accurate record-keeping and updates.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for our payroll jobs should have the following qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant payroll processing experience.
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks, Paychex) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll legislation.
