Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Results: Utilize Facebook Insights and other analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of job ads and refine strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate: Work with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and tailor postings to reflect company values and culture.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media recruitment and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience with social media marketing, particularly Facebook.
• Familiarity with job posting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box to engage potential candidates.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple job postings simultaneously.
