Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Conduct valuations and prepare interim payment applications for contractors.
• Assess contractual claims and provide accurate cost advice to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Foster relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to enhance project execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction sector.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.
• Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) is a plus.
