Job Roles Available

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

• Real Estate Agent – Responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive sales approach.
• Property Manager – Oversee the management of properties, maintain tenant relations, and ensure properties are kept in top condition. Experience in property management is a plus.
• Real Estate Marketing Specialist – Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and enhance brand visibility. Candidates with a background in digital marketing will find an advantage.
• Administrative Assistant – Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and assisting with client inquiries. Organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the positions mentioned above, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A strong passion for real estate and the willingness to learn.
• Proven sales experience (for Real Estate Agent roles).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and real estate software.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• For Property Manager roles, prior property management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
