Key Responsibilities

• Screening Resumes: Review resumes to identify candidates that match the required qualifications.
• Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms when necessary.
• Building Relationships: Maintain an ongoing relationship with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR software.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
