As a Remote Epic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to end-users of Epic systems. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Epic systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for our remote epic support jobs should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support in an Epic environment.
• Strong knowledge of Epic applications and workflows, including but not limited to Epic Hyperdrive, Epic Cogito, and Epic Phoenix.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and collaboration.
• Certification in Epic applications is a plus.
