Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for Epic systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

  • Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding and usage of Epic applications.
  • Monitor trends in support requests to identify areas for improvement and potential system enhancements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for our remote epic support jobs should possess the following qualifications:
