Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this remote position will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
