About the Role

As a TalentCare Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations and providing guidance throughout the application process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from candidates and clients to continuously improve the hiring experience.
  • Talent Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to identify top talent and understand market needs.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and resolve issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and projects with precision.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Salary and Benefits
