Position Overview
As a Utility Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering positive relationships with our customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and service requests, acting as a representative of our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about utility services, billing inquiries, and outage reports.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, striving for first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and problem resolution.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on energy-saving initiatives and programs offered by EnergyConnect Solutions.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction metrics and assist in improving service processes.
