Job Responsibilities
As a Weekend Call Center Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Documenting customer interactions in our database for future reference.
- Performing follow-ups as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule
This role involves working weekends, with the following shift options:
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Flextime shifts available based on business needs.
