Position Overview

As a writer at Creative Productions, you will be responsible for brainstorming, crafting, and polishing stories that will be developed into film scripts, television episodes, and online content. Key Responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas and pitch them for consideration.
• Write compelling scripts and outlines that adhere to industry standards.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and fellow writers to refine content.
• Revise and edit scripts based on feedback from the creative team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to inform writing.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to team discussions.
• Ensure all writing is completed on a timely basis and meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, English, Creative Writing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in writing for entertainment, film, or television.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats.
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative structure skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and take constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in scriptwriting software (Final Draft, Celtx, etc.) is a plus.
